Are you using virtualization/Remote Access?

Step 2:  Configure Logon / Startup Script Scan Setup

Step 3: Setup Logon / Startup Script Scheduled Task to run during times when you know users are connected to VPN.  

For remote users not connected to VPN: Zip file method
